{Password Journal}

Hello Crafters!

Did you ever make a project out of necessity?
That is exactly the reason I created this PASSWORD JOURNAL!

I am almost... Well, let's just say my memory isn't like it was years ago and I have at least a BILLION Passwords!! Ok, not a billion but close!

The journal is 3 3/4" x 3 3/4", just the perfect size to keep right by my computer.

I used the Close to My Home Artiste Cricut Cartridge along with the die cut book cover that came with the kit. I also found the fancy frame and keyhole on that cartridge (funny what you find when you really take the time to look!).

For the back cover, I just cut a piece of chipboard that was the back cover of a paper pack (don't ever throw those out!). I added some velum, welded the "PASSWORDS" into a tag shape. Lastly, I took the cover shape and cut out a mat full of pages (9 fit perfectly).

The entire book took about 30 minutes! It really turned out cute AND I now have a cute book to keep all my secret passwords!

Happy Craftin'!

{Mickey Happy Birthday}

Hello Crafters!

I had to make a card for a friend and didn't have time to video the creation, however, I did take an animated pic for you to see!

I used the "Disney Mickey & Friends" Cricut cartridge for Mickey and put him on an "Action Wobble". I then used the "Waltograph" FONT (you can download for free!) to print out the banners on cardstock.

I really loved how it turned out!

Have a Mickey Day and happy craftin'!

{Breaking News ~ Birthday Card}

Hey Crafters!
I just made a birthday card for my Brother-in-law and I thought it was so cute!
I used "Stamps of Life" stamps and "Action Wobbles" to make the TV move.
You can see below how cute it looks!

My new phone, Galaxy S4, has the capacity of making animated photos so I used that to capture the animation.

I LOVE TECHNOLOGY!

{Praying for You Card - Video}

YAY!! Finally posted a video!!
It has been awhile since I did one and so I kept it fairly simple. I wanted to make a card for a sick friend and used the opportunity to video it at the same time.

I used Stamps of Life stamps ( LOVE THEM!!) and also pulled out my embossing powder.
Hopefully in the next week, I will have another video made to share. FINGERS CROSSED!

In the meantime, please keep my friend, Angie, in your prayers. She needs them and hopefully she will enjoy my card soon.

Until next time, please enjoy the video and leave comments if you wish. I love hearing from you!

{Ever have one of those Weeks??}

Howdy Crafters! Happy March!
Well, it has been a CRAZY kind of month in my personal life and of course this blog has been the last on my priority list and I am so sorry!!

Crazy family things going on, a close friend became very ill and on top of it, I finally did have a couple of minutes to devote to a video,  had some technical issues and the video didn't make it!

Whew!! Sometimes you just need a break.. did you ever feel this way??

On the positive side, some friends and I scheduled ourselves for a local Make & Take Crop so I am super excited for that. I know once I get into the mode, my creative juices will get flowing. In the meantime, I do have a really cute project but I need to restart it from scratch and get the video working.

Please know I am here and doing my best to get back on track, in the meantime, please enjoy some of my older videos and I will be back next week with a video for you.

Happy Craftin'
