Friends our ours are going on this amazing trip and I wanted to make a card for them.

I used "Live's A Beach" Cricut Cartridge and cut the shells at 5". I think it came out nice!

For this hop, we were asked to create a project that “Tricks the Eye”  

Here is my card that I made... can you tell what I used?? Leather maybe?? NO... It's FUN FOAM!! I decide to go outside the box and use something I have never used before. It was a blast to force myself to not use just paper!!

Here is my recipe:

Card base, 5" x 10", scored in half (for a 5" x 5" card)

Layering paper from K&Company (handmade specialty papers)  cut at 4 3/4" x 4 3/4"

Tan fun foam, embossed using the Cuttlebug Floral Fantasy embossing folder and a Spellbinders Oval die, distressed with Tim Holtz, Vintage Photo Distressing Ink

Use  a tool that you haven't used in awhile! I was playing and was very pleased with the outcome of this little "scrap" paper!

{My Pink Stamper Challenge}
